In December, Rosa Mexicana is serving a dish called Filete con Enchiladas de Langosta. This consists of two lobster enchiladas served over pounded filet mignon, with huitlacoche-sweet corn flan and chile morita cream sauce. I’m struggling to think of things I’d like to eat more.
